Garmin nüvi 2350LMT Portable GPS Navigator Reviews and Rating

Garmin nüvi 2350LMT Portable GPS Navigator received an average rating 4 of out of 5 stars from 36 online reviewers who purchased and used the product.

Below are the Garmin nüvi 2350LMT GPS Navigator Pros and Cons as experienced and described by its users.

Garmin nüvi 2350LMT Positive Reviews Summary

The accuracy of the map of Garmin nüvi 2350LMT Portable GPS Navigator significantly improved over time while the details and responsiveness are also impressive. The terrain moves alone as you drive as it presents the turns and signals, even traffic cameras that lie ahead.

It’s true that the map update takes some time. Using a 170Mbps downstream link, one of the users complete map update including preparation and installation takes about 50 minutes. The Garmin GPS System comes with a mini USB cable which is a big plus.

This Garmin Car GPS has a small round button on the top left corner of the screen and will show green, yellow and red color to indicate low, medium and high traffic conditions lying ahead of you. The remaining time to destination is also calculated based on the traffic condition.

It’s great that just at less than $200, you get lifetime map, traffic, multi touch screen and pedestrian mode. The screen is beautiful and clearly visible in direct sunlight and easily gets connected with satellites without extended delays.

Garmin nüvi 2350LMT Negative Reviews Summary

The Garmin nüvi 2350LMT doesn’t come with AC adapter, only a car charger requires the GPS dash cradle to charge the GPS. You can’t simply plug the car charger directly to the GPS unit to charge. The dash cradle is just one more piece of plastic to carry with you when you go traveling. There’s also no GPS case.

All the Garmin Car GPS allows you to do is to specify the places you want to stop at during a trip, but will not guide you along the way as the older Route software would. You basically have to manually select your next destination.

The nüvi 2350LMT would only detect a fingernail touch, and not just the tip of a finger. Doing a two-finger zoom is terrible and the screen display often jumps somewhere else than you’re pointing.
